Bottle at home, picked up from Thornbridge online, 09/09/24. Almost clear golden orange topped with a white cap that retains well enough. Nose is orange zest, gooseberries, mellow Nelson, grass, mandarin, melon. Taste comprises orange peel, pineapple, light stone fruit, grass, soft malts, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with mellow light Nelson kissed hop bitterness. Tidy flavoursome pale.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Thornbridge online. Pours mostly clear yellow with a frothy, white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of dried pale grains, a little bitter straw, lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean, dry finish, but more lemon peel, soft grassy bitterness, dirty straw, pale biscuits. Easygoing and drinkable.

Just a light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Dry pale malts, a thin dry creamy sweetness. Sweet enough for this brew, but could lose the dryness for me. The Nelson Sauvin hops bring soft pine and a reasonable amount of citrus and a tiny bit of skunk. Light dry finish finds a more traditional soft gooseberry. No real winey grape here and that's no real surprise. A decent if dry brew with a much faded hop.

Well I never. Thought I’d rated this ages ago. Bottle. Thornbridge subscription box. Clear gold. Good white head. The kind of easy drinking approachable pow wows that Thornbridge do really well. Fresh and crisp malt with zippy citrus hoppage. Smooth and light. Spritzy finish. Nice.

Brilliant white foamy head stayed on clear pale golden body. Well balanced aroma. Medium bodied, airy over the tongue with a nicely carbonated back. Bitter, sweet citrus, pithy & confectionery tastes with sweet malt backbone & long tangy peppery finish. Excellently brewed well balanced beer.

330ml bottle at Sheffield Football Club - Clear yellow body, little white head. Light citrus and floral nose, crisp hoppy start, easy going the rest of the way. Really honoured to finally have a dedicated beer for the football club I work for. Not to bad as well.
