Cask at GBBF 2015 - London. Pours clear, rich gold with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds pale bread, tangerine, light spicy pine needles. Medium sweet flavour with bready pale malts, light hay, citrus, mellow rindy bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good balance in the finish, more pale bread, light lemon rind, faint pin needles. Nice beer overall.

Cask @ GBBF 2015. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty citrus aroma. Fruity malty weak citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty weak citrus hoppy finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Copper Dragon West Coast Pale ].Clear medium yellow - amber orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, caramel, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150811]

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry with decent fine carbonation. Unsweet malts. Insipid floralness. Light citrus and a touch of marmalade. Light dry finish. Passable.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2015 day 2. Clear golden orange coloured pour with a halo of lasting white head. Aroma is perfumed floral Hoo, light pine, faint citrus and some sweet malts. Flavour is composed of light biscuits grains, pine, grassy English hedgerow Hop. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, decent cask condition.

Cask handpull at GBBF 2015. Clear amber lasting beige head. Hoppy aroma. Somewhere between a bitter and an apa dry finish. Enjoyable. Peachy apa finish.

From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light fruity. Dry, bitter and toasted malty. Mild fruity. Bitter and toasted sweet malty finish.
