Can at home In Hackney - picked up from Thornbridge online. Pours clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a fluffy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour, lean and pithy, note of lemon peel, pale biscuits, mellow bitter pine needles. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, pithy. Tasty and very drinkable.

Can. Dram Shop, Sheffield. Straw colour. Light haze. Thick egg white foam. Nose has clean malt. Muted citrus. Lemony and sorbet like. Taste is a little dry and lightly bitter. Fresh and light mouthfeel. Foamy carbonation. Light bitter finish. I could imagine sinking this while standing way too close to a speaker during a Spiritualised gig. Honestly thought I’d permanently damaged me hearing…
