19th Oct 2018; third of a cask pint, hand-pulled in The William Withering (Wetherspoon's), Wellington Shropshire. Golden body, clean and clear; on top a creamy textured white affair. Light citrus aroma and initial taste, some malt action towards the finish.

Crystal clear golden-amber with a middling white head and a light sparkle. Grass, chalk, butter, marmalade, doughy caramel. Not a fan of this apart from the looks.

Cask @ JDW Shrewsbury Hotel. Pours a deep golden, amber, small creamy off-white head. Lightly sweet nose that relays some soft underlying fruit notes. Taste is light, with soft textures, doughy notes, light fruit, soft malt. Ok bitter.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. A golden amber pour with no head (as gravity dispensed); aroma of oranges; sweet caramel malt body with soem orange zest; then a nice hedgerow bitterness from English hops, with a touch of spice and resin before a dry finish. Rather good.

Good foam and foggier copper body. Soft smell of malt and orange zest. Flavour is a mellow bitter like affair with citrus hop hints. Okay oiliness on the moith, kind of wet. Not bad at all.
