Bottle. A clear looking brown beer topped by a dence, beige head. The aroma is nutty and caramel-ish, with some notes of dried fruits and brown sugar. Hints of pine cones in the far back. It’s full-bodied and smooth on the palate, rather dry for the style, with a nice bitterness chiming in. Nuts, caramel, hints of coffee and dried figs in the flavor. Lasting lightly roasted finish with caramel, nuts and some coffee hints. A very decent bock indeed. 160424

Bottle. Pours nearly clear dark copper brown with shades of ruby and airy light tan head. Clear aroma of caramel malt, with notes of fruit and touches of roast. Sweetish flavour of malt, fruit, raisins and caramel, with notes of roast and yeast and touches of hops. Roasty aftertaste with fruity hints. Tastes of more alcohol than the ABV might lead one to expect. Reasonable but rather sweet.

Bottle, 6.7%. Light malty aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Big stable creamy tan head. The flavour is sweet and malty with a fruity and spicy finish. Sugary and spicy as from dark, unrefined sugars added after fermentation. Quite sweet and sugary, but partly balanced by a slightly astringent bitterness.
