This 5% pils lager is deliciously hoppy and bitter. Single hopped with Tettnanger from Locher Hop farm in Tettnang, Germany.
It's deliciously intense with floral and herbal high notes, backed up by bamberger pilsner malt and a crisp bittnerness. Very lush.

Can. Light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a light sweetness. Trace of bread. Some lager tang in the mid. The Tettnang hops are a little piney have some typically noble hop floral pep and spice, just a whisper of pithy citrus. Light finish leaves a tangy and mildly bitter linger. Clean and drinkable.

The taste is crisp, firmly dry, snappy, bitterness, floral and bright, spicy, grassy, leafy, lightly herbal, touch of grain, pale bread and pithy lemon with a crisp, dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Fresh and bitter. All comes together well. Lovely stuff.
