Disig lys brun med tynt hvitt skum. Lukter svovel og frukter. Noe funky i munnfølelse. God syrlig. Aprikos er vel den nærmeste frukten som jeg synes det smaker. Godt:-)

The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, fizzy, quite fruity, peach, orange peel, nectarine, orange tango, Irn Bru, oak funk, nip of acidity and some boozey boost with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Tasty enough.

27th April 2023
Hazy deepish gold beer, small cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft creamy malts, sweet. Quite a contrast to the mellow ripe lemon, just a touch of lemon sherbet peps it up. Semi dry and slightly spicy finish. My kinda sour.

On tap at Cask. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has an okay funk and sour light fruits with a bit of a lemon blue coming through. Flavor has lemon and sour plum with a light grain and oak backing.
