A refreshing wild sour with a dry champagne finish, sweet strawberry fruitiness, and complex acidity. An 18 month maturation in red wine barrels blends oak with tonka, vanilla and black
pepper to create a spicy and fruity finish.

Bottle shared at BS with the BPBW crew. Pours murky peach juice with a quickly dissipating head. Nose packs a HUGE sweet fruit punch, strawberry and peach shine, with spicy, funky akd sour touches. Taste is surprisingly sour, which is quite a contrast to rhe aroma, it’s also fruity, but less sweet, the tonka comes through nicely. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Lovely.

Xmas Boozy Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Nice champagne and cream and light strawberry fruitiness. Little white wine. Love the winey champers vibes on this one. Just a tad dry.
