Bottle shared in Hazlemere - cheers team. Pours black-brown with a modest? Foamy tan head. Medium to big sweet flavour but not cloying, richly integrated barrel character, burnt sugar, roast, raisins, fudge, toasted marshmallow, bourbon. Full bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Mellow warmth to finish, rounded dark malts, chocolate, roast, burnt caramel, more bourbon, dark fruit accents, a little smoke and earth. Outstanding.

Bottle, massive thanks to Kenny. It pours oily jet black with a small dark tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, charred, toasty, big vanilla, bourbon soaked oak, bourbon biscuit, intoxicating, rocky road, marshmallow, vanilla, spice, toasted coconut and soft jammy fruits. The taste is dry, toasty, roasted, charred, bitter - sweet, woody, damp bourbon oak, cocoa, cookie dough, rocky road, umami, burnt toast, coconut water, rocky road, warming boozy boost, burnt toffee, honeycomb, cacao nibs, thick fudge and more wood with a drying, toothy, chewy and woody finish. Fulsome body and moderate carbonation. Rich bourbon soaked oak. Works well. Nice dry edge.
