6th Floor bottleshare. Thanks to Dan. A mild haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts provide a modest creamy sweetness, getting a little milky. A mellow geuezy fruity vibe. Dry finish. Plenty to like here, too fucken dry but plenty to like.

Bottle from Burning Sky online. It pours clear bright golden with a decent white head. The aroma is bright, funky, barnyard, hay, grape must, sour apple, pear, melon, vinous, oak, sour dough bread and tang. The taste is firmly dry, crisp, touch of bitterness early on, zingy, tart, puckering, zesty, lemon - lime, gooseberry, white wine, pear, apple, sour melon, dry oak, tan, splash of acidity which dissipates, fizzy candy, sherbet, refreshers and a touch of minerality. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Exquisite. Great balance, depth of flavour and drinkability.

Taste comprises funk, green berry must, damp straw, lemon rind, barnyard esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced mellow acidic rise. Tasty tackle.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery shop online. Pours lightly unclear orange-gold with a frothy white head that settles into a lasting cream. Lightly sweet with assertive tartness, nicely drying, some grass and pale wood, moderate acidity, restrained funk, citric bite, lemon. Medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Lightly juicy lemon in the finish, some background grass, cleansing acidity, woody dryness. Great beer overall.

Bottle, via the brewery online shop. A little gloopy on the pour, although significantly less so than when I had this on first release. Sits mostly clear, pale gold, in the glass, with a lasting, white head. Nose has all the white wine and new leather oaky notes you could need. Lemon rind and a touch of fust. Soft brett. Slightest whiff of smoke, which is a new one on me. Taste is a little tart and dry, with a soft, fruity sweetness. Juicy and fresh on the palate. Very refreshing. Foamy carbonation. Tart and juicy bitterness to finish. Great stuff.
