Sour ale dry hopped with the New Zealand hop Motueka. Recipe updated in 2018 with more hops and a different yeast.

Bottle shared at the 2015 edition of the chriso Pre-GBBF tasting - London. Cheers! Pours cloudy, very pale yellow with a creamy, white head. The nose holds tangy lemonade. Light sweet flavour, acidic, with some lemon rind, light cereal, sweat. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Moderately clean on the finish, with more tart lemon and bitter rind. OK.

Bottled@PBF X. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, big time stilton blue cheese along with some goatcheese notes to it as well. Flavour is rather similar, but a bit more sharp on the citrusy side. Brutality. Lucky for me I like both Stilton and goat cheese... but not sure how much I want it in a beer though....

Pre GBBF tasting at Chris and Ruth’s. Hazy gold beer, good off white head. Palate is light and dry and mildly crisp. Lactic sourness. Lemon. Light dry finish. Nothing wrong here, but this is just blending in to the background of this ever growing sea of lactic sour beers.
