Growler at BD Sheps Boost, thanks to the Wingman for picking up, 22/10/18. Murky fruit smoothie red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is tangy berry skins, blackberry pips, straw, light funk, damp cloth. Taste comprises blackcurrant yoghurt, straw, grains, light barnyard esters, berry skins, funk, tangy red berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent light and refreshing sour with a mellow pucker at the curtain call.

Keg at the Bermondsey taproom - London. Pours hazy purple with a super creamy, light pink head. Nicely juicy and not overly sweet, has very soft bitterness and tartness. Light bodied with fine carbonation and velvety texture. Smooth finish, more tart berries.

Tap. Little Leeds Beer House. Looks like a blackberry milkshake. Frothy and lasting, pink tinged head. Nose has blackberry juice. Blackberry chews. A little earthy and woody sourness. Taste has a fruity sweetness, but is mostly clean, dry and lightly tart. Light body. Low carbonation. Fruity and tart finish. Very clean and quenching.

On tap at Unit 9. Pours murky pink red with off white lacing around glass. Aroma is a little plastic, earth, blackberry sweetness and some funk. Taste is a sweet blackberry hit, some earthy dryness and a balancing sourness that takes off the sweet edge. Nice and refreshing.
