Harveys R is an extremely refreshing, well-balanced beer. Ruby in colour it has a slightly hoppy aroma with pleasant bitterness on the palate, which combined with our own spring water and yeast strain help ensure that the brew has the distinctive Harvey character.

Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 1 - London. Pours clear, engaging amber with a creamy white head. Lovely stuff, with pleasant toasted biscuits, light earthy bitterness, grainy bread. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Well balanced finish with more nice bready malts, low bitterness. Great session stuff. Solid.

Cask @ GBBF14. Smooth maltiness, quite full taste for this low ABV. The malt is smooth in the mainpart, not too sweet, but nice round and easy drinkable. The aftertaste is smooth, fresh malty, round with a nice bitterness. Nice brew!
