Bottle. pours very hazy, blonde with some orange in it as well. Medium to small head, but a stable one. Smell is typical hop-intense, harshly bitter BDB. Taste is very hopforward ( or what did you expect ) with a punchin' bitterness. Very crunchy pale malts, intense green hop character. mild hoparoma, which is a bit floral, but mostly bitter-focused. I agree this might not be the absolute best BDB IPA yet, but damn, this is far from bad, contrary to what the previous ratings seem to think ( to me at least ) .

Semi-hazy amber pour with a thin white head. Notes of rotten apples, citrus, yeast, grapefruit, lemon zest, bell pepper, strawberry, a bit of melon even. My first taste of Belma, and I am not sure if it’s the hop that is so stinky, or just this beer, but I am not a big fan.

Thank you for sharing yespr! 750 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG17. Had it again thanks to the Antwerp Untappd crew post BXLFest 2017. It is fully in line with Brabant’s other IPA’s which I fan to be weird honestly, extremely harsh green hop, he has a unique profile & preference which I don’t fully subscribe to but it is interesting. Very milky golden white, white head. Nose is harsh green grass & weeds Brabant hop brutal. Very brief wheat, all about that massive harsh bitter green hop, bitter weeds finish, really dries out your mouth. Extreme in a peculiar way.

26/VIII/17 - 75cl bottle @ RBBSG17 - BB: VIII/2020 (2017-1361) Thanks to yespr for sharing the bottle!

Little cloudy beige to blond beer, small irregular off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of tropical fruits, sweet ripe mango, pineapple, very nice stuff. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of citrus, hoppy, very bitter, resinous, lots of grapefruit. Aftertaste: resinous, more grapefruit, some citrus, nice bitterness, some lactose? Very decent stuff!

Bottle. Pours golden. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, citric, pine, booze. Flavor is sweet and harsh bitter, pine, some wheat. Finish is harsh pine bitter with some booze showing. Overall: thought first it was ok, but after the bottle had sat for some time booze overtook everything... so boozy...
