Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fruit-forward with big guava notes. Lighter notes of green grape, stone fruit and lemon. Light notes of grain and alcohol. Pours a somewhat hazy, golden orange with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Medium lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light malt notes. Medium low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong guava notes with lighter notes of SARA funk - green grapes, stone fruit, pear and lemon. Light peppery phenolic notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty good beer. The guava is holding up pretty well considering the age. Some classic SARA notes are able to peek through the fruit.

750ml @ Phill's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: juicy guava with some light bugs. Taste: along the same lines, nicely balanced, very soft. Overall: good one, but it's overpriced IMHO.

Hazy, dullish colour with a medium head. The aroma has a lot of guava and some citrus in there as well. On the palate, grapefruit tartness, light pale malt body, a bit of yeastiness. There's a fair bit of guava in there for sure. There's a bit of woodiness that seems to relate to hop bitterness, and more grapefruit. The guava persists throughout and then there's bugs in there, too. Solid stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is full of bright guava, gentle tart citrus, some wild bugs, and oak. Flavour is tart and fruity, with lots of sour guava, tons of wild bugs, a touch of oak, and puckering citrus. Tart, fruity and buggy mouthfeel, with a nice fruity and oaky finish. Excellent.
