Our house IPA – A fine array of hops in harmony with Pale and Crystal malt. Intense hop flavor with a floral aroma resulting from several hop additions throughout the boil. The name does not mean what you think it does, but you may fall in love with this beer all the same

Dark orange. Nose is pine needle with a little grape skin and pear and apples. Taste is incredibly bitter. so over the top and lacks refinement. lots of dank resinous characters.

Draft from the source. Orange copper type color, thin head. Aroma is a solid amount of citrus hops and some ale yeast. Dry hopped citrus. The hops are integrated well in the brew, bright citrus/ tropical fruit flavors. Light amounts of pine resin in the backend.

The brew is balanced pretty well with enough biscuit / pale malts. Bitterness lingers for a good amount after the sip. Overall this brewery does IPA’s well. This is a nice brew without question. However I prefer their Conehead much more. Still a nice show.
