12oz bottle from Wegmans, Buffalo, NY. Bright amber with a loose white head; fresh grassy aroma; a soft floral taste; with some lightly spiced bitterness leading to a pleasantly dry and satisfying finish. A really good pilsner.

12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up some floral hops, some corn flakes, cracker and then a mild citrus almost lime like sensation. The taste starts smooth and pilsner malty sort of cracker and then getting very quickly into more and more hoppy goodness. The hops come across as bitter floral notes, a green tasting lime citrus sensation that is sweetened a tad by malts and then toward the finish the lagery yeastiness jumps up and joins in and lingers well into the after taste. Pretty solid lagery pilsner.

12 oz bottle. Aroma is grainy, citrus drink powder, lemon, crackers, candy (I’m thinking Laffy Taffy). Pours clear golden with a thick white pillowy head with great retention; laces a little. Taste is crisp and bitter. Mouthfeel is perfectly creamy, finely carbonated, medium-bodied. Great pils.

A clear pale gold with a finger’s worth of foam, good lacing.

I get nice spicy noble hops in the smell that’s typical and always great to see in the style.

There is some bready malt mixed in with the tasty spicy hops. I like the hop character and it is pretty long lasting extending the finish to a very dry state.

Fairly light bodied, zesty carbonation.

Very nice Pilsner ! Bought this as a single but I believe a 6er of Nooner is in my future.

Pkg date of 12/12/14.
This was poured into a pilsener.
The appearance was a nice clear yellow color with a decent carbonation to be seen rising at a moderate pace. A white semi - foamy head appeared and dissipated within less than a minute. Light lacing streamed around the glass and slid into the beer.
The smell had a sweet fresh grassy graininess.
The taste was mainly the same with a light sweet grassy /grainy aftertaste. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a great sessionability about it. The carbonation was good for the style and for me.
Overall, I say this was a pretty nice pilsener that would go great with its respected food.

12 ounce bottle into lager glass, bottled on 12/18/2014. Pours fairly crystal clear bright golden color with a 1 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, lime, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, light pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of earthy/spicy hops and bready pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, lime, cracker, biscuit, herbal, floral, grass, light pepper, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Fair amount of herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, cracker, biscuit, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice balance and robustness of earthy/spicy hops and bready pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice German Pilsener style. All around great balance and robustness of earthy/spicy hops and bready pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Clear gold - lively body with a frothy, thick, sticky lace - pretty nice nose of soft, mildly sweet pils malt, grassy hops, and a moderate mineral character - flavor is fairly sweet, but also has a tangy acidity through the middle that I’m not sure I like - strong grassy hops, creating a strongly bitter, peppery hop finish - it’s a decent enough pils, but given the beer camp pils, it’s pretty disappointing.
