On draught at Winking Lizard. The beer is a clear pale golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of herbal hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly spicy hops, toasted malt and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Keg at the Three John’s. It pours clear golden with a thick white head. The nose is toasty grain, grass, white bread, straw and mild sweetness. The taste is crisp, creamy, toasted grain, grass, bread, straw and light spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Decent crisp lagerbier. Not too shabby.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color pilsner with nice white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of light floral notes with some cereal and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also dominated by floral notes with clean cereal notes and light residual sugar. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Very clean and refreshing but maybe a tad sweeter then I would have liked.

Clear golden, small white semi frothy head. Malty aroma, light hops in a clean and crisp way. Slightly grassy later on. Smooth malt and hop flavour, a little sweetnes and lasting medium bitterness. Not bad, not sensational either.

0.350 l bottle from P&M Getränke, bottled on 23/2/2015. Clear, straw yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Grassy-fruity aroma of lemon, straw and cereals. Sweetish, grassy-spicy taste of lemon, straw and cereals, followed by a medium long, crisp, medium bitter finish. Thin body but not watery, refreshing mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Very tasty pilsener: refreshing and crisp with lots of aroma hops. Nice!

Poured into a taster showing neon yellow with green hues and a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows a lot of lager-like round sweet malts. The palate is full bodied and well carbonated. Shows slightly spiciness on the texture and a slight floral note running throughout. A lot of lager and malt flavors with a typical light refreshing pilsner bitterness on the end. This is a fun pilsner.
