12 fl oz bottle into schooner glass. Faint sweet malt nose. Crystal clear amber beer with small fluffy white head. Lightly carbonated. Full bodied, slight zing. Mildly bitter taste with grainy dry finish. There’s a touch of cinnamon and cloves hiding in the background. Complex, delicious and a great thirst-quencher. What more do you want?

Bottle. Clear pale gold with an inch or so of white head in a stemmed Budvar glass. Hangs around for a little while. Grainy aroma with earth, spices and some lemon. Carbonation is on the high side of moderate. Sweet, grainy and not particularly clean, with firmish bitterness and some spices. They squibbed it.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly hazy, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Bready malty aroma with notes of herbal, slightly grassy and delicately woody hops. Bitter and mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Bready malt character with a dry mouthfeel, backed by herbal-spicy and slightly grassy hoppy notes; dry and bitter hoppy finish with a balanced malty backbone underneath. 22.X.15

Clear gold with a white head. Crispy earth forward hops and a slightly sweet backdrop. Finish is mostly sharp with just a little blunted malt roundness. Refreshing and enjoyable.
