Cock Tavern. Big thanks to Tim for the cellar run. Lightly hazy gold beer, tiny bubbly white head. Palate is smooth and light, mild fine carbonation. Mild pale malts. Nice hop mix of a little juicy lime, bitter citric pith and some of that Polaris punchy floral skunk. A trace of sweetish pine before a fairly dry and bitter finish. Good stuff.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - London. Pours perfectly clear, rich gold with a creamy, off-white head. The aroma has some dry citrus, minerals, old leaves. Light to medium sweet flavor with a bit of tangy citrus, sandy minerals, toasted leaves, dried grains. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with dry pine needles, leaves, minerals, faint toated malts. Pretty boring stuff.
