Bottle shared at chriso’s Post-GBBF 2014 Tasting - London. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Big perfume aroma, with notes of violets and spicy ginger. Light sweet flavor, very dry, with flowers, lime rind, Pine-Sol cleaner, pale bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry finish with oppressive citrus rind, detergent and perfume. A destroyer of the palate, and not enjoyable. An awkward beer.

330ml bottle. Murky golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Perfumed, soapy, minimally peppery aroma, notes of ginger, pink pepper, Asian spices in general, hoppy overtones lend hints of tangerine. Taste is minimally sweet, perfumed, floral, soapy, spicy, peppery, hints of ginger, ginseng, bamboo, pink pepper, Asian spices, lemon overtones. Not free from the typical soapy bath salt character going along with ginger, but overall mild and balanced - and quite exotic.

Well this number has a right old mixed bag of reviews ... time for the truth ! Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is floral, ginger, spice, citric notes, perfumed tones. Taste comprises tropical Turkish Delight - the one that gets left after the purpley/pink ones are long gone, spice, light peppery notes, florals, bitter orange. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Hmmm ... pretty unique, drinkable stuff, but glad to not have to do this on my own!

Lightly hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with fine carbonation. Lovely bright floral tangerine and orange. Whispers of lemon and spice, pinch of white pepper maybe. Light dry finish. Spicy floral linger. Lovely stuff, very floral and drinkable.

Bottle shared by Mads during the IoW Jolly. It pours cloudy golden with a medium white head. The nose is elderflower, spice, washing-up liquid, perfume and soap. The taste is crisp, citrus, soapy, Turkish delight, orange peel and ginger with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Odd soapy action. Can’t imagine I could drink too much of this.

Bottle - Ginger, chilli and lots of floral notes. Hazy gold with a small white head. Tastes just as it smells, like perfume. Not good.

Cask handpull at The Cock Tavern Hackney. Gold no head. No condition. Perfumed and the base beer is ok. It’s just medicinal perfumed and horrible
