CBC Red Session. Keg. Hazy deep amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light, airy and semi dry. Thin dark malts but with a little roast bitterness. Good Sorachi lemon - floralness. Light dry crisp finish. Bittter but decent.

[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 3rd session. Murky brown. Aroma of Sorachi Ace โ€“ lots of lemongrass. Flavor of โ€œgreenโ€ hops and lemongrass.

CBC. Hazy brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, caramel and rather hoppy - earthy and pine. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 020515

Draught @ CBC 2015, Red Session, Kรธbenhavn
Pours dark reddish brown woth a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, herbal, caramel, chocolate, bubblegum and the classic sorachi ace hop aroma. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long caramel and bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is mild hoppy, toasted malty. Bitter, teaish, grassy and slight herbal. Dry and bitter far finish.

Draught sample at CBC 2015. Dark brown colour with a fluffy, light tanned head. Roasted aroma with pines, wooden notes and dark malts. Odd spicy notes. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes roasted. Taste is a let down, given the aroma. Odd.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours brown with a tan head. Aroma of light malt, grassy, little earthy, herbal hops, dill. Flavor is malt, grassy and herbal hops, strong dill notes. Medium body, lively carbonation, dry and bitter finish. Would proberly have been great with another hop. 020515

Tap @CBC15. Nearly black with fluffy offwhite head. Floral hops aroma. Flavour has roasted malt, dark choc and floral hops.

Sample at CBC 2015. Reddish/brown with a medium head. Aroma and taste of dill, herbs, some licorice and light malt. Sorachi Ace is not my favourite hop.

Draught @ CBC 2015 Pours reddish brown with a smooth brown head. Aroma of Sorachi Ace, toffee, bubblegum, roasty malts, hints of spices and grass. Taste is smooth, heavy with bubblegum, Sorachi Ace, grass, licorice and syrup. Finish is smooth, sweetish and slightly roasty with some licorice and bubblegum. I just don?t like Sorachi Ace.
