Flavour is composed of semi crisp ale malts, dry lemon rind, hint of smoked hop, dry pithy citrus. Palate is light and grainy, highish carbonation. OK. A little rough round the edges.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Pleasant biscuity pale malts in the nose, juicy citrus fruits, tangerine, mango, melon. Light to medium sweet flavor with nicely rounded pale breadiness, more tangerine, melon, light citrus rind, white bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, with more pale bread sugars, plump citrus fruits, light bitter hay, rind. Really good stuff. Maybe just a touch on the sweet side, but it’s hugely drinkable overall.
