Lavender Hill is a beer inspired by the local lavender fields which grew in Battersea. We have taken a Lavender Honey to brew with a selection of British and French hops to create this delightful honey beer.

(Cask at Harp, Covent Garden, London, 15 July 2026) Golden amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with bread, apricots, marmalade and honey. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of apricots, bread, honey and a mild floral, slightly dusty, bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Handpull cask at the Mute Swan, Hampton. Brownish gold and clear with a very tiny ring of off-white head. Herbal and almost earthy aroma with astringent notes and English hops. Taste is bittersweet and brings forth the spiciness of wild honey quite prominently. Light body with very soft carbonation. Not bad.

Cask half pint, at The Flying Horse, Gatwick Airport. Golden colour, white head. Moderate aroma, floral. Sweet flavour, notes of lavender and honey. Too sweet for me. Very moderate bittering hops in the finish. Won't buy again.

Pours a clear amber colour with a small dense foamy white head. A malty grain bread and floral aroma. A robust malty taste, moderate sweetness, flowery notes and a healthy drying bitterness in the finish.
