Cask half pint, at The Flying Horse, Gatwick Airport. Golden colour, white head. Moderate aroma, floral. Sweet flavour, notes of lavender and honey. Too sweet for me. Very moderate bittering hops in the finish. Won't buy again.

Pours a clear amber colour with a small dense foamy white head. A malty grain bread and floral aroma. A robust malty taste, moderate sweetness, flowery notes and a healthy drying bitterness in the finish.

Pint at the Golden Fleece. An inoffensive and typical of the style English golden ale. Lots of bitterness, thirst quenching and very drinakable. There's not much more to say.
