500ml bottle from Beers of Europe, online. Pours a clear dark gold, brief bubbles. Aroma of musty apples and brown sugars, fine but lacks a certain freshness. Taste is dank apple juice, light brown sugar and some tartness. Nothing special but there is a nice crisp semi-dry finish. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, slight syrupy cloyingness. Average cider.

October 2020: 500 ml clear bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.5%. Clear golden colour, pours lightly sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, oak and sulphites. Medium dry apple flavour with notes of oak and tannins, hints of sulphites.

500ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsdalen. Shared with Finn. Fast dissipating white head, poor lacing, clear warm golden body. Subdued smell of apple skins. Rather sweet taste of apples and a note of pears. Mid-dry ending, soft on the swallow. Accepted. (Tromsø 20.01.2022).

Bottle from Gulating. Almost clear golden body under a fast disappearing white head. Aroma of ripe apples, cellar notes, light acidity and sulphur. Taste is medium sweet, matured apples, hint of cellar notes and sulphur that gets more dominating as the glass heats up a bit. Medium body and same aftertaste as the rest. Easy, quite decent cider, not very complex, but fine body. A bit too much sulphur flavor.

500ml bottle from Best of British Beers. Deep golden amber colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple. Taste is sweet, apple, tangy, with some sugary fruity notes and hints of paper & cardboard. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. OK.

500ml bottle from a shop in Minehead. Pours murky orange, still. Aroma is very distant apple must. Taste is extremely light, expected a lot more from the appearance, watery even, very light apple fruit present. Quite disappointing really.
