Bottle. Waitrose. Dug this one out from the back of the shelf. Hazed pale gold. Solid Kernel swede, albeit not top tier. Nose is bready biscuity and cracker like. Lemon pith hop. Slightly curious twang to it, maybe like fusty d lime. Taste is light dry and pretty bitter. Plenty of happenings at the 3%. Lean and dry bitterness to finish.

Nose is orange wine gums, pale malts, light breads, grains.
Taste comprises orange peel, citric tinged straw, faint pineapple, melon, pine nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy enough sessioner with a leading bitter edge.

(Draught at Kernel Taproom Arch 7, Bermondsey, London, 18 Nov 2023) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, pineapple and biscuits. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, white bread and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Light body, dry. Tasty, refreshing and highly drinkable. Very nice.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery taproom. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a billowing, bubbly white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of fresh pale grains, a little grass and straw, ripening lemon, grapefruit peel, sun-kissed cereal. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Clean pale malts in the finish, some biscuits, more citrusy hops. Very drinkable.

From tap at the Kernel taproom in Bermondsey 01.09.22. Hazy pale straw coloue. Some white head and lacing. Inviting and refreshing aroma and taste of various citrus, with hints of lychee, passion fruit and succade. Fine citrus bitterness in aftertaste. Very quaffable!
