Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#9. Very hazy yellow-gold, but crisp for its strength. Citrus tropical aroma and taste with a citric bitterness to finish. Good stuff, plenty of aroma.

500 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat (also available from nettbutikken). ABV is 5.7%. Opaque yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of peaches / nectarine and tropical fruits. Flavour of said fruits, also citrus, hints of sprucetips. Low bitterness. Nice beer.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenny, 29/01/2025.
Murky deep orange topped with a lasting off white covering.
Nose is pissy tropical fruit esters, dank chimes, stone fruit, lychee, floral whisper bringing up the rear.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine nip, guava, mandarin, hop spice.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with light danko come juicy hop bitterness.
Solid punchy pale.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a lovely light creamy sweetness. The modern hops bring their rather marvellous modern hop flavours. Light crisp home made lemonade with touches of candyish tropical fruits and bright citrus. A light and crisp finish. Strata a bit AWOL for me, nothing new there, another new hop that has, for me, faded badly, presumably due to terroir spread. Anyway, overall, a bright and crisp apart that goes down very well.
