Draught at Be.Re., Roma. Almost clear, straw colored. AROMA- citrusy, jelly, meadow, pear. FLAVOR- smooth, dry, bitter, citrusy, meadow, pear. Medium bodied. Good.

40cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours medium transparency, a little opaque, with moderate fine white foam. Aroma is citrus and herbal. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with limited sweetness. Final is average.

Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è appena percepibile. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. Le bollicine sono di grandezza grossolana. Il liquido si presenta velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato e c'è anche una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sulla lingua si attestano note di miele, crosta di pane, cereali e luppolo.

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting, 20/08/2018. Many thanks to Tipple for this one. A hazed dull yellow straw coloured pour with a a lasting fine white head. Aroma is weird phenolic smoke, pear, apple, dirty wheat, grains. Flavour is composed of tangy, straw, apple, pithy lemon, straw. Palate is pithy, woody grains, tannin, prickly carbonation. Nice.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Tipple, 20/08/18. Hazed light golden yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is stewed fruits, lemon rind, straw, grains. Taste comprises orange peel, caramel, breads, dusty fruits, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours hazy pale yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice grassy hops, spicy yeast, crispy pale grains, grapefruit, lemon peel. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Bitter finish, more husky grains, citrus peel, spicy Belgian yeast. Nice one.

Bitterish yeasty seltzer. Touch of thin and bitter orange peel. Light semi dry finish. Okay, quite bitterish.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note di lievito, spezie, erbaceo, scorza di agrumi. In bocca è croccante, freschissima, lievemente speziata, con amaro medio e secca nel finale. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Forse la miglior birra di Rebel's, bravissimi!
