Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and mildly crisp. Very light malts, not that sweet, a bready Czech like vibe. Floral hops and spicy bitterness. Mild citric pith. Light crisp finish. Clean and pleasantly bitter.

Cask at the Euston Tap (West) - London. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a fluffy, white head. The aroma holds dry biscuits, lemon peel, grass, straw. Light sweet flavour with more dry, crispy biscuits, bitter hay, grass, husky grains, lemon rind, pithy grapefruit. Light in body with delicate carbonation. Alright balance to finish, more dry pale malts, sturdy bitter grass and grain husk, rindy citrus. Decent enough low-ABV golde.
