Bottle at Dan's 10K - thanks to Dave. It pours clear copper with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, toasty grain, pine, orange peel, tangerine and tangy orange sponge cake. The taste is dry, bitter, oily, resinous, caramel, toffee, orange peel and sponge cake with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. A bit old- school perhaps, but enjoyable enough.

Bottle split at the Osprey 10K tasting, CBC Islington, thanks to Dave 21/03/18. Lightly hazed golden amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is Old Skool DIPA, caramel malts, light spice, orange peel, straw. Taste comprises sweet malts, orange peel, grapefruits, biscuit, straw, toasted malts. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with hop bitterness. Not a great for the style ... straight out of a 2005 Mom and Pop brewpub ... overly sweet and lacking hop dynamic. Passable in small doses.

Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Rich malty character, lots of ripe citrus, mellow oily pine bitterness. Medium to full bodied, chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, oily and resinous, ripe citrus fruits. So so.

Craft Angel. Dan's 10K boostfest. Thanks to Dave. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mild grain, light sweetness. Smooth pine. Litte ripe orange. Mild tangerine. Smooth finish. Slightly ripe but drinkable.
