This pale ale is a dual hopped beer, with a difference! The beer is bitter and hoppy from the use of Ella hops during the brewing process. An addition of Nelson Sauvin Hop Burst to each cask give an extra zap of grapefruit citrus aroma.

Cask at Craft 100 - CBC Clapham, London. Pours clear, vibrant gold with a creamy white topping. Fairly tasty, with doughy pale malts, light grass, ripe citrus fruits. Light bodied with fine carbonation. OK finish, with more pale bread and ripe citrus fruits. So so overall.

Euston Tap. Cask. Clear paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Light dry malts. Hops are mild to medium bitterness and bring spicy floralness and mild citrus. Touches of tangerine and lime. Floral flavours turn sweeter. Light dry finish. Mild bitter linger. Not bad at all but slightly dry. No soap!

Cask @ Fox @ Goose, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thin head. Has a light hoppy character with underlying malts and a decent balance between the two.
