Keg @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Extremely hazy dirty-yellow coloured ale with a thin bubbly head. Has a strength, but this is masked well by what is an very fruity ale, with lots of citrus that includes a pineapple sweetness.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds ripening citrus, some minerals, marmalade, tangerine. Medium sweet flavour with a healthy kick of dank melon, some oily pine, ripening orange and tangerine, a little pithy grapefruit, low bitterness, pale bread. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish, with touches of alcohol warmth, pale bread sugars, ripe lemon, tangerine, melon, grapefruit, some peach, pine, faint grass, just a little flinty minerality, some juicy tropical fruits. Overall, it’s a really clean, well balanced DIPA. Super drinkable stuff.
