Draft at the brewery. This looked like a fruit smoothie and I thought it was going to be too much, but how wrong was I? This is one of the top 5 draft beers I have ever had in my life. The taste was fruity and bitter hops in exceptional balance with an unctuous, chewy and velvety mouthfeel. The hops were exactly right, taken to a the edge and still drinkable. This was beautiful.

Bottle. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - light citrus and lots of malt. Taste - tropical and citrus this time. Mango and lime. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - the taste was better than the nose.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Pithy and rindy citrus in the aroma, tangerine and grapefruit, undertones of pale malts, faint tangy citrus, too. Light to medium sweet flavour with nicely rounded citrus character, subtle rindy bitterness, some oily pine, mellow cat pee, pale bread sugars. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately resinous to close out, with a hint of alcohol warmth, some gooey pine, ripening citrus, tangerine, touches of nectarine. A novel and overall quite good IPA.

Keg at Parch, 02/07/16. Very light haze on a golden orange pour with a well appointed white head. Nose is orange pith, melon, toasted bread, straw, lemon rind. Taste comprises orange squash, faint soapy trace, straw, lemon rind, touch of mineral, bread dough, tangerine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of hop bitterness. Ok IPA.
