Bottle shared at the Canary wharf tasting 16/02/2016. Huge thanks to Matteo for this one. Translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a fine halo of white head. Aroma is nice fresh grains, saison, fresh green apple, apricot, subdued. Flavour is composed of grainy, tart green apple, tart apricot, pineapple, wheat. Raw grains. Palate is tart, grainy, highish carbonation. Little petrol note. Like it.

Level 42 Tasting. Thanks to Matteo. Hazy pale gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine crispness. Fruity apricot enlivened by a sourish lemon underneath. Little floral candy before a stinging carbonated finish. Refreshing.

Bottle split at the level 42 tasting, thanks to Matteo, 16/02/16. Hazed orange golden with a moderate off white covering that quickly dissipates. Nose is tangy apricot, funk, straw, lemon drizzle, acidic notes. Taste comprises tangy citric, acidic bite, tarte apple skins, funk, pissy apricot. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light puckering close. Decent enough easy drinking sour.

Bottle thanks to MattyO. It pours cloudy bright yellow - gold with a medium white head. The nose is fresh, stone fruits, apricot, yellow peach and light vanilla. The taste is crisp, mellow, slight tartness, peach, apricot, sherbet, earth, Granny Smith apple and white grape skin with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty easy - going and refreshing.

Bottle shared on the 42nd floor - thanks to Matteo. Pours soupy yellow with a light, creamy white head. Interesting aroma, some lemon, musty apricots. Light sweet flavor with jammy lemons, moderate acidity, wood, faint vanilla. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tart finish, with further lemony acidity, a hint of salt, hay, apricot, minerals. Perhaps a little disjointed but pretty drinkable.
