Bottle split at LKS ’Beers of London’ Tasting, high up, thanks to our host with the most 10/12/14. Hazed golden yellow with a decent off white covering that dissipates to spotting and edgework. Nose is pissoi, citric rind, straw, melon, lemon jus. Taste comprises seaweed, salty licks, apricot, spice, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent representation of the style.

Tasting at Leighton’s Flat. Thanks to Leighton. Lightly hazy paleish gold beer. Small and very pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and light and semi dry. Fine carbonation. Good savoury vibe here, definite salt on the nose and the tongue. Light creamy malts. Equally light tangy fruits. Light finish. Odd mix of malt cream and salt but fine.

Bottle big thanks to Leighton. It pours lightly hazy gold with a medium white head. The nose is toasty, grainy, salty, lemon-lime, limeade, green apple and margarita. The taste is crisp, lactic, bitter, creamy, dirt, salad cream, green apple, biersch muesli, dough and some acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. An interesting take on the style for sure. Not bad.

Bottle shared in London. Picked up at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Nice citrus aroma, suggestions of tartness, lemon, pale bread. Light sweet flavor with citrus jelly, minerals, sweat, ripe lemon, white bread, salt, white grapes. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more white grapes, salt, doughy white bread, straw, very slight wood. Novel. Pretty tasty beer overall.

Bottle shared at Leightons pre Christmas tasting. Thanks to Leighton.. Aroma is crab apple, lemon lime surbert, pinch of salt. Hazed yellow/ straw coloured pour with a lasting halo of white head. Flavour is composed of creamy custard, vanilla, tart apple, creamy. Palate is semi sweet, high carbonation. Weird body and sweetish. Bit of midget get fruit.
