Cask at Craft 100 - CBC Clapham, London. Pours clear amber-brown with a creamy, light beige head. The nose is all old, tangy wood, leaves, grainy bread and berries. Tangy, almost sour flavor with more old wood, light tart berries, leaves. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tangy old, rotting berry flavors in the finish, with a lightly oily texture and toasted bread. Disjointed and not altogether pleasant. Meh.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, CBC Clapham, 18/09/14. Light black with a decent light tan covering that retains. Nose is JD forward, dark malt, lihgt roast, earthy cocoa. Taste comprises light roast, leather, JD well evident, spice, dark fruits, raisens. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok if a little 1D on the JD front.

Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Cask. Clear deep amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy with mild fine carbonation. Mild malts, little unsweet dark toffee. Tangy dark fruits. Mild bourbon and vanilla oak. Light finish. Mild spice linger. A little left of centre but nice enough.

Cask at craft 100 Craft Beer Co. Caramel red coloured pour with a halo of light tan head. Aroma is big bourbon vanilla, booze and sweet caramel. Flavour is sharp sour cranberry and red berry, apple skin, wood and hot alcohol. Doesn’t sit well with me. Palate is sharp, spicy berry, slight sweet. Weird beer. Some cola.

Cask gravity at Craft 100. It pours deep brown with a small beige head. The nose is earthy, wood, sweet vanilla, coconut water, charred wood, whisky and mild sourness. The taste is bitter-sweet, tangy, wood, vanilla, coconut, leather, apple skin, must and earth with a very dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smells good, but a bit tangy for my liking.
