On tap at the brewery. Hazy amber no real head. Belgian yeast aroma some malt sweetness. Tasty belgian hoppy ale with good bitterness on the finish. It’s a belgian ale rather than a bock for me.

Keg at the brewery tap, 01/11/14. Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering that dissipates to a swirl and edgeing. Nose is yeast esters, spice, bitter orange, fruit loaf, canded fruit peel. Taste comprises sweet licks, candyfloss, fruit rinds, spice, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but a touch sweet.

Keg at the brewery. Very hazy amber beer, tiny pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Good fine carbonation. Light and very sweet malts. Sweet caramel. Very sweet bubblegum and pear esters. Mild candy fruits and banana before the semi dry finish. Curious Bock - it’s all sweet overtones and very little base malt but fairly entertaining.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours unclear gold with a frothy white head. Bready aroma with nipsnof butter, caramel. Medium to to big sweet flavor with some doughy bread, candi sugars, mild yeast, wheat, lightly toasted sugars, toffee, faint butterscotch. Medium to full bodied with aveage carbonation. Sticky, sugary sweet finish with more doughy wheat bread, candied citrus. Pretty tasty beer, though pretty sweet.
