Cask day 2014.
Incredibly sour aroma, dank, sour fruit, especially cherry, with some distinct malt vinegar notes also. Body is a little watery, carb is soft. Finish is a little overly sour, with some subtle lactic notes, and strong sour cherries. Interesting.

Cask. Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Clear, dark copper. Bubbly, lasting, off white head. Fresh black cherry. Sour cherry. Light, red wine vinegar. Some sweet nuttiness, too. Taste is light sour, with a surprisingly sweet edge to it. Turns dry. Palate is full, and a tad sickly. Finishes sweet and dry in equal measure. For me, this would be easier drinking from a keg.

Draft at Craft 100 September 2014 - London. Pours clear garnet with a light, creamy off-white head. Tangy berries on the nose with light wet wood, toffee and leather. Medium sweet flavor with notes of rotten cherry, leathery berries, light alcohol. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and oily mouthfeel. Lightly warming to finish with more ripe and leathery fruits, subtle tang, wood, earth, moist leaves. OK.

Cask at craft 100 Craft Beer Co. Aroma is nice wood, sherry, light mustyness and solid mixed dried fruits. Deep red brown mahogany coloured pour with no head . oily texture. Flavour is wood barrel, vanilla, spicy cinnamon, light tart fruits. Very well integrated. Palate is low and flabby. Lingering alcohol warmth and spicy. Not much sour.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear red-brown with a small bubbly beige head. The nose is soft, fruity, earth, berry, brown bread and wood. The taste is bitter, wood, some sourness, cola, light acidity, berry, leather, peppery and some astringency with a very drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A bit more bitter than I would like to be. Not bad.
