On tap at the Cock Tavern Hackney. Clear gold amber lasting off white head. Hell it’s hoppy. Big grapefruit hop upfront. But a metallic empty malt in the mouth as you get with some American Pale Ale. Good aroma and finish but the body in the middle is empty

Keg at the Cock, 06/03/14. Lightly hazed golden amber with a moderate off white covering that retains well. Nose is dankish hop, pityh orange, sharp grapefruit intake, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises zesty citricisim, bitter orange, grapefruit, light pine jacket, mineral bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with semi aggressive hop bitterness. Solid APA.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney, London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a lasting, creamy white head. The nose is all jammy citrus, minerals, dry pine. Light to medium sweet flavor with dried out pale malts, heavy minerals, light orange, sponge cake. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with dry and flinty minerals, dry orange, pine and hay. So so. A little clumsy.

Cock Tavern. Keg. Hazy gold - amber beer, big pale cream coloured head. Palate is airy and crisp. Mild minerals. Smooth pale malt base with thin cream. Very nice hops - Mosaic dominates, providing rich tropical fruits, Passion Fruit and Mango led. Fresh hops spicy bite. Little orange and orange peel. Light floral pine on the backend, turning vaguely minty. Light finish, crisp and semi dry. Lovely stuff.
