On tap at Buskers pub Rome-Italy. Pours golden color, cloudy texture with huge white cap. Nose: citrusy accent, grassy as well. Lovely. Mouth: there is a hole in the middle but not bad at all for an APA. Balanced bitterness in a grainy/malty overall environment. Easy drinking. Ok ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared at the Scopey 5K tasting. Thanks to C-Train for slinging the Italian beers. Pours hazy gold with a white froth topping. The nose has nips of plastic citrus, melon. Light sweet flavor with aggressive bitterness, spicy pine, anise. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly rindy to finish, fairly bitter, with more spicy pine notes. So so.

Bottle split at Scopey’s 5K Extravaganza of Oompah Band meets doorbell music, acquired from an IP trade thanks to Luca - Mortlach,15/02/14. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white covering that clears to a swirl. Nose is light mango, pine, earthy hop presence, bitter orange, grass. Taste comprises mineral bite, punchy hops, orange pithdom, straw, light grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with lingering hop bitterness. Solid APA.

06/02/2014 Domus Birrae (330ml bottle). Dorata lievemente torbida, gushing abbondante.

Bottle at my 5k tasting. It pours cloudy amber with a medium yellow-white head. The nose is fresh, piney, varnish, orange, mandarin and light toast. The taste is pine, varnish, orange sponge cake, muffins, sherbet and grapefruit with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty tasty.
