RBESG pt 19. Craft Clerkenwell. Grandish Tasting. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Light fine carbonation. Light tangy fruits. Little yeast. Airy finish, dry. Just another Saison but fine.

Bottle - Banana, peach, farmhouse, light hay and citrus. Cloudy yellow gold with a bubbly white head. Citrus, banana, little carb kick and a bubbly light finish. Nice mouthfeel.

Bottle at RBESG 2014. It pours cloudy golden with a small white head. The nose is doughy, paper, stone fruits, cereal, hay and spice. The taste is bitter, doughy, spice, orange, apricot, mild tartness, wood, hay and cereal with a dry, lightly spiced finish. Medium body and foamy mouth-feel. Fairly so-so.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is yeast, some mild citrus and quite sour notes. Flavour is sour, some earth, yeast and mild citrusy notes. Tasty and more to the Belgian style.

Little cloudy pale yellow beer, aery off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very minty, tic-tac like flavour, some vanilla (is it the Kindl Waldmeister still in my nose?), bit spicy, sweet. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: spicy start, coriander, bitter touch, bit lemony. Aftertaste: minty again, soft bitterness, bit watery, grassy, some coriander.

Pours hazy yellow with four fingers quickly dissipating white foam leaving some lacings. Aroma is citrus, herbs, yeast, orange and hay. Taste is initially citrus tart on the palate, later a fruity orange tone with wheat and light spices, leaving room for a slight dry sour ending. Light to medium body, medium carbo, crisp texture.
