Draft at GBBF 2013, day 3 - London. Pours clear brown with a bubbly beige head. Dark bread int he nose, toast, cocoa. Medium sweet flavor with dry bread, toasted sugars. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet on the finish with dry and toasty sugars, faint chocolate notes. Pretty so so.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Taos Mesa Knight Rider ].Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, dark malt, dark roasted, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20130815]

Cask gravity @ GBBF 2013. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and licorice flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice finish.

Gravicask, at the American Bar, GBBF 2013, day 3. Dark brown coloured body. Diminishing fawn-coloured head. Smell of caramel and dark chocolate. Nice roasted flavours of dark malts, lightly spiced, leading to a smooth and mild bitter ending. Near full bodied. Subdued sweetness. Tasty (London Olympia 15. 08.2013).

Cask at Great British Beer Festival 2013. Pours a very dark brown with a thin head. Aroma of roasted malt, black treacle and espresso. Flavour is bitter dark chocolate, oak and burnt sugar. Lingering palate of coffee, burnt malt and dried fruit.

15th August 2013
GBBF Day 3. Pretty much an opaque borwn beer. Small pale tan head. Smooth palate with light fine carbonation. Fresh tasting dark beer! Fresh dark malts with dark chocolate. Little spice as the aftertaste. Just a very nice drinkable stout.

Cask at GBBF 2013. It pours darkest brown with a small tan head. The nose is earth, toast, roasted malt, burnt caramel, chocolate and biscuit. The taste is smooth, earth, roasty, toast, treacle, oily, rockyroad, fudge, chocolate, light bitterness and cola with a smooth, roasty finish. Medium-full body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Actually rather mellow. Smooth and pretty drinkable stuff.

From cask. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, toffee and chocolate. Sweet caramelish and chocolate. Bitter, toffee and caramelish. Light alcohol presence. Dark malty and chocolate finish.
