Cask (handpump) @ Peoples Park Tavern, 360 Victoria Park Road, Homerton, Greater London, England E9 7BT. [ As Peoples Pints Red Empire ].Clear medium to light light dark red amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, caramel, wood - tobacco. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20140806]

Cask at the People’s Park Tavern. Pours mostly clear amber-gold with a weak white head. The aroma has ripe citrus, some lightly toasted pale malts. Light-medium sweet flavor with some doughy bread, berries, toasted, orange, slight grainy bread. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Sweet finish with hints of butter and dough, further ripe berries, bread, orange. OK.

Cask at the PPT, 13/09/14. Clear reddish amber with a moderate light beige covering. Nose is bitter fruits, biscuit, spice, bitter orange. Taste comprises candied fruit peel, caramel, biscuit malt, light spice, bitter orange. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitterness in the close. So so ESB.

Rich red orange colour with a fleeting off white head. Arimaof sweet red , tobacco, resin hop, red berry. Flavour is passion fruit, cranberry, resin hop and biscuitu malts. Palate semi sweet. Moderate carb. Tasty.

Cask at People Park T. It pours deep amber with a small white head. The nose is wood, brown bread, leather and mild spice. The taste is bitter, wood, leather, varnish, mild spice and brown bread with a dry finish finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fine.

Cask handpull at Peoples Park Tavern. Hazy red orange gold colour lasting beige head. It’s a slightly sweet esb style beer. I prefer something drier but the malty fruit is fine. Some hops on finish. It’s fine. A slightly sweet esb.

Cask - Sweet toffee and some and light bitterness. Cloudy copper with a thin head. Caramel and some light bitterness. Very average at best.
