750ml bottle with caged cork, Vintage 2016. Trade from Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden amber colour, thin white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple & caramel. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, light tart, alittle funk, apple skin and a caramel note. Light bodied, fine carbonation, semi-dry tangy slightly tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle pours out crisp golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is super funky horse blanked goat cheese apple spice. Taste is more of the nice funky notes crazy goat wow.

Corked 375ml bottle from Astor Wines. 20% off coupons ftw! Ommegang anniversary glass. Pours a clear, bright, pale whiskey color, with a sizzling head. Smell is briney & mushroom-y. Light barnyard with a bitter, husky, wild apple scent. Very tasty. Thick skinned, bittersweet, minerally apples. Faint tartness moves into a mellow barnyard funk, ending with a yeasty, wanting cotton mouth finish. Excellent.
