Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to lager glass.
Appearance: burnt orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy/lemon to floral hops; light maltiness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality; finishes citrusy and floral
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, light smoothness but also a good dose of hop astringency
Overall: not bad but might be better if the hop astringency was cleaned up.

Draught @ Fools gold. Over hopped without having the body to resist it. Still quite drinkable.

Slightly hazy golden and copper coloured body with a dense, thick, three centimetre tall barely tan coloured head. Aroma of fresh PNW hops, some caramel and sweetness from honey, a good dose of pale malts and even a hint of citrus, along with the slightest twang of metal. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong metallic note with some lemons, earth, malt, grain and a touch of grass noticeable, all with a light sweet finish and some hops as well. Aftertaste shows a bit of sweetness, some smooth malts,a bit of citrus and a drying, grassy flavour along with a bit of herbs. Overall, a decent beer - a good lager and a nice variance to most beers in the craft world. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Clarendon), Virginia on 22-November-2015 for US$6,99 sampled at home in Washington on 12-January-2016.

Bottle shared at chriso’s pre-Christmas tasting 2014 - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy white head. The nose holds dusty biscuits, straw, citrus rind, subtle tang. Light to medium sweet flavor with some grassy bitterness, rind, pithy grapefruit. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Dry and pithy to finish with some pine needles, grass, more dry biscuits. Not bad.

ABV on this is actually 6.1 About a month past BB A: Dirty gold color with a high bubbly, craggy head. Good retention. Active carbonation. Floaties?! S: Pear Sourdough bread. Grapes. T: More dry than bitter but hop bitterness/dryness is up front. Hardly any of the fruit from the nose, but a malty sourness seems present. Not sure what to think. Little more of a malt flavor of biscuit as is warms. Tastes not like an IPL nor a pilsner. M: Great texture from the carbonation that just wont quit. Light to medium body. O: True this bomber bottle is old but I am not impressed. Oh well, I’m glad it was marked down to half price. Not bad but...
