On tap at Cardinal. Pours cloudy dark copper with big beige head. Aroma of vanilla, smoke, dark bread, milk coffee, wood, nuts, bourbon. Taste sweet with some bitter aftertaste. Striking mixture of different wood types - oak, sandalwood? Very complex and one of the best Nøgne Ø beers recently!

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Dark brown colour, large beige head. Aroma of wood, smoke, vanilla, mild coffee and chocolate. Smooth and medium sweet flavour, high drinkability, but still fairly complex. More malty than hoppy, notes of oak, vanilla, bourbon, chocolate. Excellent beer.

Quite an odd beer. Pours brown amber without much head or lacing. A little booziness and light roast. Not super memorable. Tap at Churchkey thanks to gendv138.
