Thanks to a unique method developed by the Rizmajer Brewery Cortez is a real mexican style beer with 55% corn and 45% light, pilsner malt. It's not a beer with corn - it's a corn beer.

This corn beer represents a softer, sweeter flavour. The combination of the corn and hops evokes the american-mexican beers' taste in a less spicy, more pure and simple way.
