Keg at The Hanging Bat. Pours clear amber-gold, thick white head. Aromas of tinned peaches and cream! Nothing else, just tinned peaches and cream for me. Lovely. Taste is light sweet, bitter finish. Nice.

Cask at the Willow Walk, JDW - London. Pours clear, bright gold with a super thick, off-white cream head. The nose has some creamy pale malts, a bit of dough, grass and hay. Light sweet flavor with grainy malts, a bit of toasted grass, hay, lots of bitter citrus rind. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture; OK condition. Hefty bitterness to finish with more rind, hay, grain husk, lemon rind, dry white bread. Lasting harsh grassy bitterness. Meh, so so.

Cask at the Monks Retreat (JDW), Reading. A slightly hazy amber pour with a tight cream head; aroma of Fruit Salad sweets; a smooth grainy body with tropical fruit flavours, but also a reminder of Fruit Salad chews; the a dry, creamy finish with a lengthy fruity bitterness. A grown-up version of a classic kid’s sweet.

Cask at The Metropolitan (Spoons), Baker Street, London. A golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Fruity, hoppy, caramel aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, tropical fruit, some caramel but also quite bitter for me anyway. Decent though.

Cask @ White Hart, Todmorden. Golden-amber with a small frothy head. Has quite a heavy fruity aroma but a fuller fruity taste with lots of different varieties evident.

Cask handpull at Spoons Crosse Keys London. Clear amber colour thin white head. Decent to good apa. Bit of sweet toffee then a heavy whack of hops. Good solid hoppy finish. A little bit of sweat on the flavour. Decent definitely. Not quite as good as the Conwy
