Keg at the brewery. Hazy orange - yellow beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, fairly dry and has good fine minerally carbonation. Good brett level, clear and savoury but not eye watering. The brett intersects well with the hibiscus fruits. Some semi sweet floralness gives way to some bitterish brett on the dry finish. Comes together well.

On tap at the brewery Bermondsey. Only one keg. From the original batch with brett yeast added and then kept. Hazy cloudy orange amber colour lasting white head. Big brett and fruit flower aroma. Good dry saison. Fullish in mouth brett biscuit flavour. Good citrus fruit. It's rather delicious i must admit. Some bitterness on the finish

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours unclear orange-gold with a small, creamy white cap. There's a good dose of brett funk in the nose, some woody notes, orange peel, grass. Light sweet flavour with nips of tangerine, light floral notes, more sturdy and funky brett, woody dryness. Medium bodied withhbfine to average carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish, a little musty, with more brett, some musty hay bales, grassy bitterness, citrus rind. The brett is quite pronounced; I like it.

Keg at the brewery. A hazed deep orange coloured pour with a a fading white head. Aroma is big brett funk, cola cubes, floral orange, light wheat, nice smooth funk. Little woody brett character on the nose. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts, rounded woody bretty funk, hibiscus bitterness, floral, slightly soapy. Palate is woody, grains, tannin, highish carbonation. Lingering funk and rose petals. Nice.
